Upon approval of your return request a RMA form will be emailed to your default email address on file. If you need this form to be sent to a secondary email address, we ask that you notate this secondary email address in the space provided above.

Strictly Cellular offers a 30 day return policy for all items returned in new, untested condition. A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued. All products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All returns must have the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package. Any returns made without an Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package could be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Headsets can not be returned once opened due to sanitary reasons. All products containing software cannot be returned if the software is opened or tampered with. Products returned to us which do not meet our return policy will be returned at the senders request and expense or disposed of if customer does not wish for product to be returned to them.
